Book Launch: Capitalism’s Safety Net: News Media and the Far Right

On November 6, 2025, HCAAO was honored and delighted to host the book launch of our own Secretary Dr Panagiotis Peter Milonas (Ontario Tech University and Toronto Metropolitan University) who presented his book Capitalism’s Safety Net: News Media and the Far Right to a packed room at the Toronto Metropolitan University. The audience was treated to great discussion with Panagiotis and an assembled panel of experts, including, Dr. Anna M. Agathangelou (York University), Dr. John Simoulidis (York University), and Dr. Tanner Mirrlees (Ontario Tech University).
